Kim Grant Mosaics

Mermaid Mural - Done!, originally uploaded by KimboRock.
This is the work of one of my favorite mosaic artists, Kim Grant.  Kim's work is so bright, beautiful and vivid, featuring incredible graphics.  Each time I see her work, I get a sense of joyfulness and wonder.  As I am such a fan of Kim's work, I am honored to be part of her Artist Watch series on her blog. This mural is only one example of the joy and wonder in Kim's art!  Thanks again Kim for your kind introduction and for having me on your blog....my first time being blogged, very exciting!

As well as being a wonderful person, Kim's work is wacky and wild! I love how it seems like an unleashing of joy!

you've done a lot and its interesting that its come full circle now , it amazes me that a single moment of self -doubt could put you on such a different path..
but what an interesting path too.i'm sure you wouldn't swap anything .
being in portland means you must be near the uroborus shop, lucky you.
loving your irridescent heart too....
